Job Description
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects and other developers on specifications, designs, standards, code reviews, and test capabilities, and deployment decisions Lead a team of developers through meaningful engagements, mentoring, and a community driven attitude. Demonstrate leadership with a strong sense of personal accountability Partner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release high-quality software and ensure its reliable operation in production Work collaboratively with team members and project stakeholders to create realistic and reliable estimates for work Participate and research production issues when needed Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting your work
Qualification
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc., or equivalent experience 4+ years' hands-on experience working with modern programming languages (Java, Go, .Net, Javascript, Python, etc.) Must have experience with at least one strongly typed language and at least one scripting language. Experience with Architecture design using Enterprise Integration Patterns/.MERN/MVC Rest APIs and JSON Messaging systems: 0MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache Artemis/Classic, Kafka Leadership positions/roles on teams/projects Project planning and estimation of tasks Strong SQL Database experience including designing table schemas Knowledge of build automation tools and pipelines – Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, etc. May occasionally work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary to support business needs
