IT Operations Specialist

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Azure and Office 365, managing cloud services, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and excellent service delivery to both partners and customers.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 to partners and customers.
  • Log, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate incident and support service requests using the appropriate case management tool.
  • Manage clients’ cloud services and subscriptions via Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Oversee and execute the client onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and enhance technical support best practices, workflows, and compliance standards across the team, business partners, and customers. 

    • Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, operations, or cloud services administration.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Experience using case management or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified are a plus.
  • Experience managing services via Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
