Great desire makes great stories. The BVBC is humbly and lovingly dedicated to the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

It was sometime in 1997 when the vision for a Christian School was conceptualized; but Grace Baptist Mission was still very young to commit to such an eminent ministry.

Not until the summer of 2000 when Grace Baptist Church was planning for the celebration of its first year anniversary as an organized church, that a handful of members testified to have felt God’s calling for a full time service in the harvest of souls, had Pastor Rudy discerned the final leading of the Divine Providence for a need to open up a Bible School for Baptist Preachers that will not compromise to the clever wiles of the enemy. A spring board for zealous students to be equipped with all the tools and training they need to acquire to teach churches and students in formal schools, and eventually start their own Bible Colleges and Christian Institutions in far flung places is a real felt need.

The Pastor challenged the congregation for prayer, commitment, and support. He volunteered to teach Bible subjects to be able to launch the enormous project.

Some faithful members knelt the great vision in prayer and afterwards decided to give up their personal dreams and family plans to be available and be of help.

Twelve initial students composed of workers, pastor, and young people bravely marched forward in early June of the year 2000, to put their faith in the vision. They just enrolled because they believe that a Sovereign Grace, Christ Centered, and Local Church Oriented Bible Subjects shall be taught in the college, with the King James Bible as the main textbook.

The first classes were held at the worship hall during the evening to accommodate working people, which were later moved to afternoon sessions.

It seems so many years away now because of so many requirements to be accomplished and lot of works and sleepless nights of labor for feasibility study.

Well, BVBC is now incorporated and on its way to add CHED accredited Bachelor of Christian Education to the previous Bachelor of Arts in Bible. Simultaneous with the offering of the new course is the Bible Integrated Preschool for ages 3 - 5.

The School Board meets regularly to make plans for expansion and development. Additional facilities such as school buildings; offices, library, recreational facilities, competent staff and other requirements are among the long list of prayer items to provide students a concentrated educational environment.

God has met all our needs from the very beginning, and all that has been accomplished has been due to His Grace. We give God all the glory for the work that has been done, and praise Him for His continued provision.

BVBC shall move on serving the divine purpose for which it was established by the GOOD LORD, and that is to nurture and mentor godly, wise and dedicated young people who shall be the prime movers in building New Testament Local Churches, Bible Colleges, and Bible centered Christian Schools in the future.
